AC Milan striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic is relishing a potential battle with Inter Milan for the Serie A crown.
League leaders Milan have seen their lead at the top cut due to a poor run of form that has seen the Rossoneri claim just one win from their last four outings.
Meanwhile, Inter are flying under new coach Leonardo having won their last five games to climb to sixth place in the table, just six points behind Milan with a game in hand.
And Ibrahimovic, who had a stint with Inter, is looking forward to a possible scrap for the scudetto with the reigning champions.
Speaking ahead of Sunday’s visit of Cesena to the San Siro, the Swede said: “I enjoy the duel with Inter. Like them, we have great experience. It's going to be great battle.
“With this intensity, there is more motivation for everyone to remain focused and work until the end of the campaign.”
He added: “I know Inter have confidence after their recent victories. But we must remain focused and if we do that, we should not fear any of our rivals, including Inter.
“We need to do our job as best as possible to remain first.”
While Milan were held by third-from-bottom Lecce, 1-1, last time out, struggling Cesena were beaten 3-2 by Inter Milan.
