Chelsea will look to build on their previous performance after gaining their first three points in 6 games and with Aston Villa currently on a dip in form Chelsea will be favourites for the clash. Malouda returned to top form and scored in the previous game and he will want to score again and help get his team back into title contention.
Aston Villa boss Gerard Houllier is keen to bring in new faces during January however he will have to try and find the inspiration for his squad and gain the win to help elevate them up the table and away from the drop zone.
Chelsea will be favourites however they haven’t been consistent in recent games and Villa could cause an upset.
