Cagliari goalkeeper Michael Agazzi has urged his team-mates to show no fear when they travel to face Inter Milan.
Agazzi is anticipating a challenging evening against Leonardo's men.
"We have to show on the pitch our best qualities," Agazzi said. "We must be humble and at the same time play with personality and without fear."
Agazzi believes his team has a chance to surprise an Inter side that will have one eye on next week's Champions League last-16 showdown against Bayern Munich.
"Inter has the duty to try to win the Champions League," he said. "I am certain that they will be thinking of the game against Bayern."
Roberto Donadoni's Cagliari will be looking to pick up where they left off in last weekend's 4-1 triumph over Chievo.
The result allowed the Sardinian outfit to bounce back from its 3-1 reverse against Juventus.
The win lifted Cagliari to ninth place, five points away from the magical 40-point mark widely considered sufficient to avoid relegation.
Inter go into the encounter third in the standings, just five points behind league leaders AC Milan after their midweek 2-1 triumph over Fiorentina.
"Our scudetto dream continues," said Inter defender Lucio, who is set to return to action this weekend having missed the last three league games with a muscular problem.
"There are many games remaining and I believe in our team's chances.
"Inter have played well in recent games and I think the team that has more strength in the final sprint will win the scudetto."
Inter have won eight and lost just once this campaign in 12 games at the Giuseppe Meazza stadium.
Moreover, the Nerazzurri have the most potent attack in the competition with 46 goals scored.
The good news for Donadoni is that Cagliari will be at full strength in Milan while Inter will be without suspended defender Cristian Chivu and injured striker Diego Milito.
Leonardo could rest key midfielder Wesley Sneijder ahead of the meeting with Bayern.
